Terms and Conditions – bpexch xyz Betting Platform Pakistan

When used in these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "bpexch xyz," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the operator of the bpexch xyz online betting and gaming platform accessible at bpexchxyz.bet.
• "you," "member," "player," "account holder" — refers to any individual who has registered a bpexch xyz account or is accessing the platform.

To register and maintain an account on bpexch xyz, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

You agree to keep your registration details up to date. If your mobile number or other contact information changes, you must update your account details promptly. bpexch xyz uses your registered mobile number as a primary contact and security channel, so an outdated number can affect your ability to access your account.

bpexch xyz reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a periodic review. Acceptable documents include CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or any other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

Providing false registration information — including using another person's identity, date of birth, or payment details — is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions. bpexch xyz will close any account found to be registered with false information and may forfeit any outstanding balance pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bpexch xyz login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person, and you must not allow any third party to access or operate your account.

bpexch xyz will never ask you to share your full password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication asking for your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bpexch xyz immediately by contacting customer support. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account until you have notified us of unauthorised access and we have suspended the account accordingly.

bpexch xyz strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This adds a verification step at login that significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access even if your password is compromised.

All transactions on bpexch xyz are conducted exclusively in Pakistani rupees (PKR). bpexch xyz does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply any currency conversion to account balances.

Accepted deposit methods currently include:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet transfer)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet transfer)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer via any Pakistani bank)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits through mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash) are typically credited to your bpexch xyz wallet instantly. Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to two business hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your name. bpexch xyz does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an unverified or third-party source, it will be held pending verification and may be returned to the source account.

bpexch xyz does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider (mobile wallet or bank) may apply their own transfer charges, which are outside bpexch xyz's control.

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your bpexch xyz wallet at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. "Available funds" means your wallet balance after deducting any amount wagered on unsettled bets and any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, bpexch xyz will contact you to arrange an alternative. We do not send withdrawals to payment methods not previously used on your account without additional verification.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There is no fixed maximum withdrawal amount for verified accounts, though very large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional identity checks before processing.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically under 30 minutes.

bpexch xyz may delay or decline a withdrawal in order to conduct identity, payment, or responsible gaming verification. We will notify you of any delay and the reason where we are permitted to do so. Bonus funds are not withdrawable and do not contribute to withdrawal-eligible balance until applicable wagering requirements have been met.

Bets placed on bpexch xyz are binding once confirmed. You should review your betslip carefully before confirming, as bpexch xyz does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse confirmed bets except where provided for in specific product rules.

The minimum bet amount across most markets on bpexch xyz is Rs 50. Maximum bet amounts vary by sport, competition, and specific market and are displayed at the point of selection before you confirm the bet.

Markets may be suspended or withdrawn from availability at any time — including after a bet has been offered but before confirmation. If you attempt to confirm a bet on a suspended market, the bet will not be accepted and your stake will not be deducted. Odds are subject to change at any time before you confirm a bet; the odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance are the odds that apply to settlement.

For sports events, the following general settlement rules apply on bpexch xyz unless the specific product or market rules state otherwise:

• Football matches are settled on the result at full time (90 minutes plus injury time). Extra time and penalty shootout results are not included in standard full-time markets unless the market is explicitly described as including extra time.
• If a sports event is postponed and does not kick off within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned.
• If a sports event is abandoned after it has started, settlement is determined in accordance with the specific sport's rules as displayed in the help section of the relevant product page.
• For virtual sports, results are generated by certified RNG and are final once the simulation has concluded. There are no voids in virtual sports due to cancellation.
• bpexch xyz reserves the right to void any bet or market that has been offered, accepted, or settled due to a manifest error — such as a clearly incorrect odds price resulting from a technical fault. In such cases, stakes will be returned to your wallet.

bpexch xyz may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback, and other incentives to members from time to time. All such offers are subject to individual promotional terms, which will be published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotions on bpexch xyz unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds in your wallet. Bonus funds must complete the stated wagering requirement (sometimes called a playthrough requirement) before they or any winnings generated from them can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be bet before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is available.
• Not all bet types count equally toward wagering requirements. Void bets, cashed-out bets, and bets placed at odds below a stated minimum do not contribute toward wagering requirements unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bpexch xyz account holders and can be activated from the account settings panel at any time:

• Deposit limits — set a maximum PKR amount you can deposit per day, week, or month. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for 24 hours from the time of the increase request.
• Loss limits — set a maximum net loss per day, week, or month. Bets that would take your net loss beyond the set limit will not be accepted.
• Session time limits — set an alert or automatic logout after a specified duration of continuous platform use.
• Cooling-off period — suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 1 day, maximum 30 days). Your account is inaccessible during this time. At the end of the period, access is restored automatically unless you request an extension.
• Self-exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from bpexch xyz for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, your account is closed, all active bonuses are forfeited, and you will be removed from marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum period expires.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point, including during registration, identity verification, or when communicating with support.
• Using bpexch xyz to process money of illegal origin or for any money laundering purpose.
• Exploiting technical errors, manifest odds mistakes, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or other software to interact with bpexch xyz in a manner that does not reflect genuine individual human betting activity.
• Colluding with other members or third parties to manipulate the outcome of bets, including but not limited to coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus offers.
• Charging back or reversing a deposit transaction through your payment provider after the funds have been used for betting. Chargeback abuse is a serious breach and will result in immediate account suspension and debt recovery action.
• Accessing bpexch xyz from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful, including using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bpexch xyz platform for your own personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activity. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any bpexch xyz content without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpexch xyz's total liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the net amount you have deposited with us in the thirty-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bpexch xyz is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, indirect loss, or consequential loss of any kind arising from your use of the platform — including losses arising from the outcome of any bet. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

bpexch xyz reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members by email to their registered address, by platform notification, or by a prominent notice on the bpexch xyz website, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Changes required for legal or regulatory compliance may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice, where we are required to act quickly to comply with applicable law.

Your continued use of bpexch xyz after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the changes, you should cease using the platform and withdraw your balance before the effective date. Closing your account does not extinguish any rights or obligations that arose under the previous version of the Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of bpexch xyz, your account, or these Terms should be raised in the first instance with bpexch xyz customer support, who will endeavour to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

bpexch xyz aims to resolve all member disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, the matter will be referred to the platform's internal dispute resolution process, details of which are available from our support team on request.

All bet settlement decisions by bpexch xyz are final once the review process has been completed. Complaints regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the disputed event result. bpexch xyz does not review settlement disputes raised after this period.
